RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MidnightDivision, we want you to feel confident with every order.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and product protection reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that are damaged through misuse, worn products, or final sale items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us and we’ll do our best to help with exchanges based on availability.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
